Strychninum – need insights/information

Working with elderly female – back pain from multiple old spinal
injuries (8 to 40+ years old), frequent urination, essential tremor,
intermittent gait problems, increasing stiffness and decreasing
muscle strength. Extreme back pain consistently aggravated by any
weather change. Rhus tox has worked beautifully, but never holds
(low to high potencies have same effect). Completely re-doing the
case and breaking out several physical issues for separate
study/investigation – hopefully to give new
insights/directions/questions. In working with the back issues I
came across Strychninum and Strychnia Phosphorica which seem to have
possibilities. I am away from my library and resources at hand have
very little on these remedies. Can anyone share information and/or
experience with using these remedies?

Sorry, only recall more mentals of that remedy, but...
I have a person doing well with Aconite who has a lifetime of injuries
and extreme sensitivity to weather change/barometer. It's helping,
and I had my finger on the Rhus Tox just in case...it may still come
later. This gentleman got extreme vertigo, shaking, sweating with any
weather shift and lives in a volatile region, and so far doing better
Could be a layer there of Aconite or even Arnica.
