Grace, would you be willing to say more about the cases you treated with
Emerald? This is not a well documented remedy, so whatever clinical
information you can share would be helpful to all of us in learning more
about when to think seriously of considering this remedy.

Thanks! Rosemary

Hi Shannon
I have used the Meditative Proving of Emerald with great success in
respect of gently addressing old, deeply held and buried trauma, but
I'm assuming you mean the gem essence here?

Hi Shannon,

No personal experience, but I have some notes from a Tumminello seminar.

Emerald is a combination of: Berylium = doubt of self worth; Silica =
grit and strength; and Aluminium = unformed and malleable. The green
colour is due to chromium or sometimes vanadium.

Themes of: life force or strength trapped with a sense of rage (caged
lion), inability to acheive, insurmountable task, feeling of having to
acheive something great; for bodybuilders who over do it - Hercules,
Incredible Hulk; Lilies; for a woman "Men are taking my strength";
division of male and female; injustice.

Physicals: Headaches that split down the middle; Menstrual problems;
inflammation/infection of eyes; action on heart and shoulders; corns'
skin inflammation/irritation.

He went through a case where it was prescribed for a woman who was still
breastfeeding a 3 year old boy. One of the things I remember strongly
about the case was that she described her lovable little boy turning
into a Tarzan like cave-man with a female playmate. I think quite a few
of the gems have an influence on Testosterone.

Thanks, Grace!
Where have you gotten it, and what potency(s) have you used?
Have you used it for / seen it act on deep chronic issues (which many
of the rubrics seem to refer to), or more of a "layer" or specific
issues? There's a reference to it quickly curing a tooth abscess,
which is the only reason it came to my attention, but on reading, it
sounds really fascinating! How did you learn about it?

Thanks Sue,
I'm not familiar with the differences in action between gem essence and
potentized remedy; basically I'm not familiar with gem essences at all.
Which have you used?
Thanks,
Shannon

Thanks, Gail! Was the remedy given to the mother, or to the boy? (For
a little boy to act like a "Tarzan like cave-man" sounds awfully
normal to me, LOL! Many are just like that...)

Hi there,

I have used Emerald the meditative proving, not the gem. The remedy is well documented in
Madeline Evans book on the Meditative Provings, the purple book - book 1 I think.

Emerald is a big remedy, (in the book); works well for many issues, deep stuff, trauma, grief,
issues around the heart chakra; I use it when other well indicated remedies don't work. I can
not think of any specific patients at the moment, will have to look through my cases, sorry.
Best wishes, Grace
