Shoulder - pain - during sleep -- no rubric?

Hi,
In my Radar rep (version 9) there is NO rubric for: Shoulder - pain - during sleep (especially Right shoulder)! there is 1 remedy (Acon) for pain After sleep...
Am I wrong?
Can anyone share the rubrics from other reps, please?

All I can find is 1 remedy for before sleep - Sulphur and the Aconite after sleep!!! It's really annoying when you can't find what you want!!

Hi Rafy,
That's an odd modality! When he's asleep, how does he know it hurts??
Could be be "< night", or maybe crossing "shoulder pain" with "Sleep,
waking from pain"?

Maybe you need to look at rubrics such as:
EXTREMITIES - PAIN - Shoulders - bed - in bed - agg.

EXTREMITIES - PAIN - Shoulders - bed - in bed - agg. - aching

EXTREMITIES - PAIN - Shoulders - bed - in bed - agg. - drawing pain

EXTREMITIES - PAIN - Shoulders - right

EXTREMITIES - PAIN - Shoulders - right - lying on painful side agg.

EXTREMITIES - PAIN - sleep - during - agg.

EXTREMITIES - PAIN - sleep - going to, on
And you could also do a quick search with : ?pain sleep during

And you will find that there are many rubrics for that – may not be shoulder but you might find some consistencies for bones, or tissue in those

Dear Shannon,

I have pondered on this modality in general "agg during sleep". If the
symptom is noticed by someone else no problem. But one is not talking
about this. I came to the idea that the patient can be asleep and feel
nevertheless some pain when they are not completely asleep. The very
sensation lowers the level of sleep, ie raises a bit of consciousness.
They think they are sleeping, but they are probably in a sort of half-
sleep.

Do you really figure out you will find the right remedy from one so
specific rubric ? The repertory is far from being complete. Perhaps
the remedy you are looking for appeared during the proving or
clinically in another location during sleep or in the shoulder with
another modality. I suggest "generalizing" your symptom. When
generalizing a bit, only the location, "shoulder"
becoming "extremities", you get:

Complete 2008, Extremities; pain; sleep; during: (1) ARS,

which may be given attention to.

it is very simple--pain awakens them. in the middle of the night, when
the body is still tired, slight pain may cause a shift of body for more comfort,
but if there is a serious problem, the pain will bring a person out of sleep to
one degree or another, depending on the level of pain. the body resists
waking because it is still tired.
for myself, it leaves me feeling tired all the time since i can't sleep easily.in the
morning i get up and do various routines to deal with the pain that increased
during the night while 'asleep.'
the quesion is what is being aggravated and why? is it emotional stress coming
through? is the pain agg by lying, or lying on a particular side? is it lack of movement
that causes pain so that lying down is agg? there are things to explore.
