Thank you everyone. Fran that was good info, thanks, and I understood
your nudge to search just fine Yes, true immunity is not the point
here, it's just them being able give them what they (ignorantly)
consider to be the indicator of such.
So I guess no one has specific cases on here - I'll do some digging.
It is in the U.S., and totally medical fascism I agree.
There is a second complication in that the parents are divorced and
Dad is threatening to sue if she does 'do the right thing' to get the
child into the school. I'll ask if she has any room to consider
another school but I get the sense she is cornered.

Perhaps I actually can use these references Fran, good start. In this
case she should probably just go ahead and do the H-immunizations and
test, it's worth the gamble for her.

Hello Tanya,
I don't know if it's state or school - but usually the schools are
state mandated. It's a tough one for them and I'll do my best to
help. If she goes ahead with it and tests show what they need I'll
report back as a 'titer proof case' - might help others also

there was a horrific case a couple of years ago about a situation where the
father was using the kids to get at his ex-wife. while married they both
agreed to not vaccinate the kids. in the divorce he used this against her.
the court forced the vaccinations--every last one of them all at one time.
the kids were around 6 & 9 i vaguely recall (don't quote me on that).
it was a vicous affair with the kids the losers!

Homeopathic preparations have not been shown to raise antibody levels. Smits tested the titre of antibodies to diphtheria, polio and tetanus in ten children before and one month after giving homeopathic preparations of these three vaccines (DTPol 30K and 200K). He found no rise in antibody levels (Smits, 1995). He speculates that protection afforded by a homeopathic remedy acts on a "deeper" level than that of antibodies. Other homeopaths have stated similar opinions. Golden says, "unlike conventional vaccines, the Homoeopathic alternative does not rely on antibody formation." He postulates that "Homoeopathic remedies reduce the patient's sensitivity to the dynamic stimulus of the virus or bacteria, thus lessening the patient's predisposition to being overcome by this stimulus" (Golden, 1994).
Dr. Fudens prefers to stimulate the immune system to produce antibodies with the use of homeopathic nosodes, disease substances that are diluted to the point where only the "energy"
of the disease is left. "It still accomplishes the same thing," he says, "but you don't have the other contaminants which cause all the types of damage we see." Dr Fudens has practiced veterinary medicine for over twenty five years.

Most people have no clue about the laws in their state, so always ask
that first. Many just assume they can't get out of vaxs and they are in error

Only West Virginia and Mississippi have only medical exemptions
ALL other states have workable exemptions but some states have more
quirks than others.
Refer them to me for exemption answers

Sorry for the delay - been waiting to hear back from the person who
wanted me to help this family. The original info was relayed by this
first office and we hadn't talked directly yet. No state was

perhaps i am being a bit dense this morning, but the two paragraphs below
seem contradictory. smits reports no rise in antibodies, but fuden sounds like
he does. can you clarify?
