Here's an example of how integration within the alternative medical realm can be even more DETRIMENTAL to classical homeopathy than allopathy due to a lack of understanding, promulgation of myths and unquestioning trust in so-called experts:
If you are familiar with homeopathy, you will realize that the microwave actually creates a homeopathic remedy of your food -- except the remedy is designed to potentially promote disease -- not promote your health.

While there are many informative articles on Dr. Mercola's website, there is usually the ulterior motive to sell you a supplement or product related to the topic, in this case a turbo oven to replace microwave ovens. Currently he's pushing Vitamin D news to sell you his non-sunburning Vit D enhancing tanning bed.

Re: Integrative MD causes homeopathic confusion
Hi Susan,
A year of so ago, several of us emailed Mercola.com about the accuracy of this ad. We also tried to enlist the help of a homeopathic educator.
As his list has a huge audience, this inaccurate information is upsetting. Do you have any ideas on how to inform and educate Mercola?

Leilanae,
If you attempt to correct Dr. Mercola on his forum, his marketing
machine bans you forever. Unfortunately, he's become another Dr.
Andrew Weil, making $$$ and ensuring positive cash flow is more
important than truth and accuracy.

We emailed to Mercola.com (did not use the forum) to comment on
what the ad writers were saying.

Re: Integrative MD causes homeopathic confusion
in the past i have written to either correct mercola or to ask that he reference
homeopathy as a legitimate healing protocol. while never getting a personal
response back from him, i did see minor differences in the way he dealt with
homeopathy--positive mentioning.
it has been very disappointing to see how commercial he has become over the
past couple of years. but i do use his commentary sections to speak about
homeopathy when relevant.
and i have definitely disagree with him in these commentaries--particularly when
he uses his site for libertarian propaganda. i think i just get ignored on some of this
and will continue to write in as usual.

Well - you propose that we see Mercola's website to support your
theory - and that is all myth anyway!
There is no original research there.
Please post something that is, if you wish to be credible:-)

Is that "credible" and "original" enough?

No:-)
All I see is an ad poster on top of a page.
Also it is part of Mercola's site - so not original.
