Years ago my then 1 1/2 year old breast-fed daughter was very
mag-deficient in the summer and my naturopath had us give her Mag

magnesium levels were the lowest as the end of summer and autumn
produce (winter squashes, various root vegetables and such), being
naturally high in magnesium, boosts folks' magnesium levels to the
highest average for the year.
If that's true industrial farming and food processing has probably
flattened that trend but increased food prices and the ensuing
resurgence of home gardening as well as the localvore movement might
restore it.

Just spoke to mum and unfortunately the Sulphur did not help the constipation and she was taken to the doctor because she was so uncomfortable. She was given suppositories and lactulose. The first suppository did the job and she has had a normal stool every day since then (Friday) . I saw her the previous Wednesday. I have suggested to Mum that she cut down the Lactulose now which she will do. Lets hope it is the end of the constipation and that the Sulphur I gave on Wednesday will sort this out. I am not sure whether to repeat the Sulphur or just leave it until she sees me again.

Well it was from a naturopath, not a homeopath, prescribing
homeopathic remedies. As it was over a decade ago (before I'd heard
of homeopathy let alone studied it), I *think* it was 30C but I
definitely remember it being sold in water in a brown bottle.
I'm with you on using cell salts for nutritional deficiencies. I've
seen it work on cases of dietary insufficiency as well as deficiencies
from illness and chronic drug use.
