Very Strange Symptom - Help

A patient age 35 said, he experiences sneezing (only two shots) when he thinks about sex with his wife. He said, he never had that problem in his life and in normal life he never suffered with such condition or sneezing or allergy but for the last two years not a single occasion is left at the time of sex he has not experience two sneezing shots at the time of START of sex. Here he thinks of sex and there two shots he experiences and then everything goes ok.
Any help or ruberic or idea why does it happens and why this was not happened earlier.

that's funny Rochelle, i would say the same thing...however if he's a
patient it must matter:)

i would dig deeper into any trauma he might have with sex,
relationship, not wanting kid, etc. it sounds more mental and
emotional then physical.

I'd say--does it matter *to the patient* (did he mention it as a
problem, or was he being pressed for just anything unusual)? If he
sees it as a problem, why? How does he perceive it, and how does it
affect him or what thoughts or etc. does it bring up? Perhaps that
relates to or fills out his thoguhts/feelings in the rest of the case;
or, if nothing particular (in other words, if he thinks it odd but not
necessarily disturbing, then I'd say just go with the rest of the case
(treating whatever is there to be treated), and see whether that remedy
causes the sneezing to stop? I'd think it might, since it *does* seem
unusual. (Unless he's slightly allergic to something his wife wears??)

Since the nose has been implicated in sexual interest...nose itching..someone
near you is having sexual thoughts...then sneezing probably means they are
REALLY REALLY interested. Maybe the wife is going through something...and she
is emitting something into the air.
