Dear colleagues -
An American friend of mine from years ago is one of the actors in a short film (5 minutes) which may be selected to be shown during the American presidential election. The film is called The Cure; topic: the disastrous healthcare system in the USA . It is possible to vote for this film among a total of eight short films created to highlight two major US issues: healthcare and financial security. The competition is sponsored by an organisation called Divided We Fail and the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television.
What is interesting is that one of the eight (or nine?) films, The Sneeze (in my mind a very silly film totally rooted in germ theory), shot up to number one virtually over night. Please forgive the conspiracy theory but we suspect that Big Pharma may somehow be behind the sudden surge in votes for this film. The Sneeze, the only one which talks about medication and vaccinations, is now number one and The Cure has dropped to number five. To be shown during the election, The Cure needs to remain among the top four.
Please go to http://www.stolendreams.com, watch the films (but especially The Cure and The Sneeze) and cast a vote. It would be great if you could vote for The Cure, but if you choose to vote for something else, please vote for ANYTHING but The Sneeze. If you could circulate this message to others who feel strongly about the shortcomings of the germ theory, Big Pharma, its medications and vaccinations, then even better!
