Sorry about that- it was lurking under the bookcase where it had dropped down.
For reference it is called A Family Guide to Coping with Chemotherapy Using Homeopathy by Laura Fanton

The book you found is available in the US thru Homeopathic Educational Services for$14.95 for those of you interested.
