Danger of prescribing when someone has a blood clot in lung?

I have a friend who had a blood clot in leg that moved up into her lung. she
is on blood thinners..for two months..but no change. she was at my house today
and she sprained her lower back by turning awkwardly. She says she has never
hurt her back in her whole life. she is an exaggerater but i've never heard
her complain about her back in the fifty years that i have known her. So
because i'm don't really understand the mechanism of having a blood clot
except that you don't want to thin the blood anymore than what is being done
by the blood thinners....i'm wondering if any remedy at all could put this
woman in danger of that clot moving. as in...lets say that in a couple of
weeks from now...she still has the sprain and she is fitting the symptoms of
rhus tox or other sprain remedies.. Is this something that should just not be
attempted..certainly not by me..but even by an experienced homeopath?

i seriously dont think that a rx can be harmful if prescribed
correctly not if you believe in the law of similars and law of cure.
but i did hear that Bothrops can be helpful to all who have clots, as
a preventative measure. 30c one time.

My patient fit Bothrops to in M/E and physicals. He was fainting once a month at age 94-95. That stopped. The Doctors couldn't find a cause (they were interested at that age). But circulation seemed the most obvious. Also, the M/E's became more mild. What is your patient like?
