Going to Russia?

Is anyone going to Russia in the near future?

I have a Russian made medical device (Scenar) that I need repaired.
I was told it would cost about $200 for a round trip via DHL or some such service.

So if anyone is going and planning to spend a week or
is in the habit of going rather frequently, I would appreciate it
if you could take the device with you. It is very small; about the
size of 2 packs of cards. I bought it used for about $800.
