I have a client with chief complaint insomnia with onset and clear
causation from total hysterectomy.
I have taken her complete case, however, since her ovaries were
removed, which affects the hormonal activity to help with sleep, can
this be addressed homeopathically?
How to consider the removal of the ovaries in the analysis and
repertorization of the case?

Re: hysterectomy and insomnia
Kim, you might consider using rubrics that mention menopause or climacteric, such as the following, from RU:
SLEEP - phenomena - sleeplessness - climacteric period, in
ACON.kr am-val.bro ARN.st asaf.mdg BELL.st CIMIC.sf cocc.sf COFF.kr dig.bg GELS.st KALI-BI.st KALI-BR.kr SENEC.bro,kr SULPH.kr valer.st ZINC.kr
Might be helpful with a couple of other modalities or features of the case? Interesting set of remedies -- I would have expected Lach and Puls to be there as well. Hmmm...

Hi Kim,
I take it that this was before menaupause.
In that case you might consider: menses suppressed.
