Best homeopath to see -- PLEASE share your thoughts onli ne or offline. Rare dx.

Maybe there's something more specific than omega 6's in general?
Because in general, these are usually ample--safflower, sunflower,
corn. I recall Evening Primrose, wheatgerm, and I think borage(?) are
omega 6 oils with particular therapeutic value. Maybe it has to do
with *specific* omega 6 acids??

E.g. from www.naturalnews.com/022313.html: " vegetable oils such as
canola and safflower are rich in omega-6 fatty acids which have now
been proven to cause oxidation of our cells. This reaction leads to
inflammation which in turn promotes degenerative conditions and
premature aging."

I'm confused!!
(Just a small but IMO not trivial note, I think rather than "helps to
oxidize cells", you must have meant "... oxygenate cells". Oxidize
means to break down via oxygen; oxygenate means to supply with it.)

Best wishes,
Shannon

i have simplified a piece of my life regarding oils: only organic raw coconut oil for cooking and
organic olive oil for salad dressings, extra virgin.
these are the 2 best oils for our health as far as i have read.

Me too, except I also take cod liver oil--and really notice the
difference when I do! (A nice way to use olive oil on toast, is keep a
small jar in fridge, after which it spreads like butter!)
