Is anyone here a member of OLNE - The Homeopathic Online Homeopathic
Resource? I have tried to cancel my account 5 times since December and
they continue to take my money every month. Does anyone have a contact
for this group?! Very frustrating!

The group's not one I know (sounds like a neat thing, tho!), but you
can cancel the charge with your credit card by calling the "customer
service" number. (Or if it's from your bank account, notify the bank
to stop.) Also, once you notice a charge that should not have been
made, if you right away tell the credit card company, they will cancel
that charge retroactively (I think you have to fill out a "dispute"
form, but they'll tell you what to do). Once it's gone into the next
billing period, tho, I don't think the charges can be undone.
Have you gotten any feedback from OLNE about whether they received your
cancellation request? If it was an error on their end and you haven't
used the service during that time, they ought to be willing to refund
the charges, I would think. But, only if they do have record of your
cancellation. But at least you can make sure there are no further
charges!

I joined for a while, and then found I didn't use the resources enough so I wanted to cancel, and I had the same problem of not being acknowledged, and continuing to be charged. If you are paying online with worldplay, this is the address to ask for help:
customerservices@worldplay.com in case that address doesn't post well it's: customer services at worldplay dot com (no spaces)
