here's a quickie response from my Sankaran Schema (p.55):
The Spirit of Herring's Law of Cure is essential to healing - as true healing comes from the very centre/the very core and one can't say it is true healing unless this is case (from the core)...in my (Sankaran) understanding the sensation is the very core of the disease...hence any change in the periphery must be seen to be based upon the change from the core...then only do we know that it's true healing...this is the very essence of Herring's Law of Cure!

So, basically - go deep into physicals and mentals/emotions and when get one sensation running throughout case can prescribe with confidence and than will hit the core of vital force derangement/dis-ease of patient and than all the sxs will go one by one with the removal going from bottom upwards as well as from outside towards inside (reverse order more or less*).
* - read Robin Logan's book on Eczema to see how above can be misleading re- skin sxs as they can be deep and not necessarily superficial sxs/disease...as always in Homeopathy, "it depends"!!
Note- I like Sankaran but not view him as God as like finding the themes of case and then reperorizing based on a variety of sxs covering the few themes I find in a case (note- find that the themes usually are inter-related and, probably, could be blended into one core sensation, perhaps, if I dug deeper...often, though, takes a few follow-ups to really get at something that resembles Sankaran's Core Sensation.

thanks you laura, do you practice by rajan sankaran method, please send some cases by this method, i am also practicing by rajan method only, i think this is the best method to be unpreudice, now since four years i am practicing this method only,
