my research /was proving of ginger

Post by Luise Kunkle »

Hi All of you who are knowledgeable about herbs etc,

could you select some of the substances you prescribe none-potentized
(mostly herbs but perhaps there are also others) or recommend as food
or beverage and let me know?

I myself have unfortunately little knowlege in the field.

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Luise

Two more that I love in herbal form are ashwagandha and tulsi (aka Holy
Basil).

Camillia Sinensis in the form of green tea and Rooibos Tea as standard drinks.
All spices with food, depending on taste as they all have phytopharmacological activities and medicinal ones in aromatherapy, TCM and/or Ayurvedic medicine.
Crataegus/Hawthorne, nettles, dandelion, couch grass, brocolli, almost every vegetable (many proved already like the tomato =lycospersicum or the potato = solanum tuberosum).
All the berries
Anything you can find in a fresh food market...............
