Hyperprolactinaemia caused by prolactinoma

HI is there anyone out there who has treated or has ideas on treating prolactinaemia caused by a prolactinaoma. This is the second case I have been presented with – the first has done really well on Pulsatilla and Thuja but the second case the remedies do not seem to be so obvious – first case was not on any medications either so perhaps that was why the remedies seemed to be so clear. I can give more info but first would just like to know if anyone else has had any experience – luck or info Regards Pauline
