I would be putting together the following rubrics and checking off which rx
are in the most relevent.

1) Head pain, temple, extending from temple to temple
2) Head pain, temple, extending to occiput
3) Head pain, extending backwards
4) Head pain, increasing gradually and decreasing gradually.

I am using Kent. There are not too many remedies in these rubrics to check
out.

Hope this helps, best wishes, Joy Lucas

temple
2) HEAD - PAIN - Temples - extending to - occiput
3) HEAD - PAIN - extending to - back
4) HEAD - PAIN - increasing - gradually - decreasing -
gradually

The 3-deg and 2-deg remedies are:
1) Bell (3); Cedr, Chin, Phos, Sulph (2)
2)
3) Puls (2)
4) Stann (3); Plat (2)
