I find the people who come to me have often been through dry dosing and have experienced aggravation. They like being more in touch, not being stuck for 6 weeks after a dry dose remedy, and report much less aggravations. They're willing to put up with the instructions being a little more complex, I give clear written and oral instructions on how to take the remedy and usually compliance is pretty good, better than I expected when I started working this way.
So I think it's really often a question of expectation - if I expect they won't be able to understand the instructions, they probably won't! Those who like to get pills frequently get placebo or careful explanation why I'm not giving pills frequently, but what they like shouldn't dictate repeating a remedy unnecessarily.
