Louise and everyone else
thankyou so much for you imput - it has been very helpful
dry doses were used at the time as dilutions seemed to aggravate.
perhaps this is the time to try dilution doses.

With chronic cases water potencies give a quicker more gentle cure
But you start with very low potencies
If someone is very sensitive or very worried about aggravation, start with
6c in 8 oz of water an then 1 teaspoon to dilution cup of 4 oz water and
then 1 tsp from there
Or can dilute even further with more dilution cups and smaller dose, even
in drops

It requires knowledge of case management

You will hardly ever give 200c or 1M or higher for chronic situations or
you will see huge aggravations.

I will email you some ideas about dosing but really need to read Dr. Luc de
Scheppers book, Achieving and Maintaining the Simillimum and then use it

Thanks Sheri
- the person is alive because of dry dosing that was used as needed to quickly calm many extreme facets to the situation.
-some water dosing of particular remedies has also been used.- which I mostly used over the last 18 or so years with patients. Although i do use dry doses to quickly settle/even out a more extreme situation.
Now that this person is more settled - though still extreme i.e. there is a period of a few hours to a day or so between extremes of behaviour and person is out of bed and can handle going into the public arena without being terrified of everyone - rather than a minute by minute cataclysmic change of bedridden terrors- our approach does not need to be as suddenly forceful.
I have heard the use of homeopathy as a likened to a boxing match. One has to match/combat the strength, height, depth and frequency of the 'hit' of the symptoms.
Appreciate everyone's input on what they would use and how they would use homeopathic preparations in these situations - it is most helpful to have someone else's objective perspective esp. in situations that can raise our our emotional response base.

?? I gather you mean specifically with *water* potencies? (Because
it's certainly not true with dry doses.) I didn't realize that water
doses were more prone to aggravation with high potencies? I thought it
was the reverse, that even with high potency it would act deeper with
*less* chance of aggravation????? (And have never seen any agg on the
few occasions that I gave a high potency chronic dose that way, but
perhaps I was just lucky!)

Now I'm really confused!!!!

Mind, delusions, heart disease, is going to have, and die (only remedy Lac-C)
Mind, sensitive to noise
Mind, rage, fury
Mind, sensitive to noise
Mind, delusions, hears voices
Ear, pain, left
Genitalia, male, swelling
I would seriously consider Lac Caninum.
