Dear Carole
There are hundreds of remedies for sleeping problems not just Calc Carb.
Homeopaths do not prescribe on one symptom but for the whole person. The best thing you can do is to get your hubby along to a professional classical homeopath who will take a long case history and prescribe a remedy based on him as an individual.
In any case I wouldn't risk giving him a remedy with as high a potency as 200C of a remedy which may not the correct one for him.
Do look up Calc Carb in one of the online Materia medicas e.g.http://www.homeoint.org/books/boericmm/c/calc.htm

Yes. Arnica helps too. But the better approach is to find out what
keeps him awake - then match the meds.
