Pilomatrixoma

Had a child in today who has just had the small cyst on her face diagnosed as this. In December I gave her Sil 6 to be taken twice a day . She took it for a week before they realised that this was causing her tummy aches and subsequent refusal of food as after stopping it she was fine. The lump on her face was unchanged by the silica. In January I gave her Sulphur - 1 dose as an antidote to the Silica and then Thuja 30 - one dose because of her verruccas.
Today the verrucas are coming out and one has gone. Se is also using Thuja tincture topically. There is no change to the lump. My question is has anyone managed to get rid of one of these. It is a chalk deposit from a benign hair follicle tumour. She has been offered surgical removal but it could leave a scar and at the moment doesn't show that much.
(Her original presenting complaint was Molluscum which went away after Sulphur and so did her constipation that she has had all her life!! She was then discharged and returned 9 months later with the verrucae + nose bleeds and mum had repeated the Sulphur. This was when I gave her the Silica. Since then no more nosebleeds but sleep was a problem. )
Today the main problem is being very full up after eating very little although she would be hungry to begin with. Her sleep is now better but she doesn't want to get up in the morning. There is also flatus and burbing so I have given her Lyco 30 and said get in
after a week.
That is just background as it is the Pilomatrixoma I am interested in.
