Cellulitis

I had a child in yesterday who developed cellulitis from molluscum which had become infected twice. All I can find is

I don't have Synthesis and wondered if there was a rubric relating just to the skin there.
I reckon I know the cause of the cellulitis- the molluscum concerned were on the inner thighs and this 10 yr old refuses to wear a skirt but wears the modern trend of the leggings with a long T shirt on top and trousers for school!!! She also gets cystitis- I wonder why?????:-) I will do my best to persuade her to wear a skirt.

hello.....how about her urine ?is there is any change in frequency of micturation?any associated complaints like burning ?is burning gets worse before,during or after micturation?if not burning then pain?how about thirst?i would have definately looked for all thses peculiarities so that repertorisation becomes more rational & complete and also helps me in selecting similimumm.it is also important to get her urine examined along with blood.

Thanks for your reply. She gets occasional cystitis now but had it frequently when she was much younger with blood in the urine. She doesn't get the blood any more. She told me the pain was during micturation. It is difficult to get details from the child and particularly on something which is not there at the moment. When she thinks it is coming on she starts to drink a lot of water to flush it through. She had many tests when she was much younger on it.
Do you think there is a connection between the cellulitis she is getting with some of the molluscum and cystitis? I think the reason for the cellulitis and occasional bouts of cystitis is from wearing leggings all the time and not letting the area get enough air.
