a google search brought this up as part of the promo on her book on SH.
it is also repeated on the HES website. she is listed as a RSHom and DPhil.
"The author, Rima Handley, FSHom, is the Dean of the Northern College of Homeopathic Medicine, with a practice in Newcastle upon Tyne. Rima is now working on a further volume which will concentrate on the casebooks of Samual Hahnemann."

well, why dont you call the college and speak with her?
you can ask info for an article that you are thinking of
writing about hahneman and those who have researched his
life. just invent something and ask her about her training.
would that be doable for you?
and maybe she is just not registered right now. what import
does that have for you?

I believe she is not practising anymore. It is to do with getting permission to post an article on Hpathy.com.
