case question

Hi All,
I’m stumped with a case and was hoping that you could help.
30 year old female,had sudden onset of severe stomach pain in the fall (around the time of a break up of a short relationship that she swears is not connected, she feels that the pain began before hand, but she has a hard time letting go and continues to go back to this man—he is using her and tells her when she can and cannot come over)
Pain is severe burning, aggravated seemily by all foods, though she can manage a few bland things. Anything too much or beyond the few foods is vomited. She also has a history of eating disorders and self image issues, and has already told me that it will be difficult to regain the weight that she has lost here (she is down to a size zero and still losing from lack of eating)
She is extremely restless, constantly in motion, she feels that as a child she should have been diagnosed ADD, I have seen her standing and tapping her feet, nodding her head and singing, the only way she can stay still is to do something such as drawing. (she has currently been drawing pictures of naked/semi clothed women/vampires)
She is extremely clausterphobic
Terrible sleep, wakes often, never rested.
Perfectionist, always trying to be perfect and to get the details just right.
Extremely competitive, she continues to do kick boxing (to the point of bruising each week) despite the weight loss, and teaches at the gym as well (she is a chiropractor working in two offices)
The competitiveness, activity and even the burning pain led me to begin with tarent 200C –she had disturbing dreams the night after the remedy but no other noticeable effect. Eventually we tried sulphur in a 30 and a 200 to see if it would relieve the acute burning attacks, but no luck. Any thoughts as to what I should try next?

Please take a look at Germanium for your case. It has the anorexia, perfection, burning in the stomach, excitability, busy, restlessness but I can't find the claustrophobia.
