Perpetual motion

Had a new case in yesterday and the first thing that struck me about her was that she was in perpetual motion. It wasn't twitching but moving all the time, especially her head. Is this what is meant by Chorea?
There are multiple symptoms in this case. Another complicated one that seems to have found their way to my door

This same patient can't look at her own blood but is fine with any one else's. She has never had a blood test but it is not a fear of needles problem. I asked how she manages menses and she says she never looks at the tampon. She says the problem is to do with "life blood". Can anyone think of a rubric for any of this?
Can anyone also answer the question below please. I have had only one reply offlist.

Thanks for that. I reckon I could use Chorea in her rep but it could be exaggerated because of all the red Bull she is drinking.

Hi Rochelle,

When you say 'perpetual motion' do you mean:
- like one of those nodding dogs with the wobbly heads (is this like
Parkinson's?) which is more like a constant tremor (makes me think
mercury or other poisoning - or at least some sort of central nerve
damage).
or:
- larger irregualr movements like cerebral palsy (I think this is
more choreic and would love it if someone would clarify it) which I
think is about muscles over reacting without their opposing muscle
working to maintain stability and controlled movement.

More like the wobbly head but it is not all the same movements. Sorry as it's difficult to explain. I wish I'd dared to film it!!!

It sounds like chorea to me, but on a quick google, apparently there
are different types of chorea, which can have different causes (and
therefore different prognoses and presumably different homeopathic
significance). What do you know about when it started, her past
medical history, etc.?

Re rubric, I know this is not specific, but: MIND; FEAR; general;
blood, of (5) : Alum., nux-m., phos., plat., sac-alb.

Might any of them suit her? Three remedies are in both that rubric and
"Generalities, chorea": Nux-m, Phos, Plat.

Any help??

Don't ask about medical history!!!! As I said, a complicated case!! I was actually thinking of Phos but have given her Carc to start off with. She has had 3 heat cone operations for cervical cancer and there is breast cancer on both sides of the family. BTW she came in with a chronic sore throat!!! But interestingly on the website link that Jean gave I found something bout chronic throats and chorea. She reckons she has always been restless but I don't think she realises how odd her's looks. I would like to see her with no Red Bull for a week!!

She can't be bothered to eat and thinks she may just be able to kill herself accidentally if she doesn't eat properly!!! BTW she takes sleeping tablets to sleep. I wonder why?????!!!! She reckons if I can sort out her physically problems - sore throat and fatigue she will be able to sort out her mental and emotional ones (NOT!!)
