Dear Carole,
It;s not as easy as that as there are hundreds of remedies for menopause!! Please go and see a qualified homeopath in your area so they can take a full case history and prescribe a remedy for you as an individual rather than just a couple of symptoms. If you want a recommendation let us know where you live and I am sure someone will contact you offlist with a name or two.

hi have joined this group as i am very interested in homeopathy but not clever enough to study it but i do trear myself for simple ailments but i am goung through the menopause and in the last couple of days have been having very odd sensations of light headedness and a warm feeling that feels sexual through my body and my arms go cold it just lasts seconds but happens on and off through the day can you suggest a remedy thankyou.carole
