[SPAM?] Anticipatory anxiety

Rochelle,
What struck me on reading her quote was not her anxiety, but her highly critical attitude toward her own performance. Is this a "reproaches self" situation?

Maybe as this is what she wrote today. As I said I have given her Lyco 30 in the past but she is not convinced it did anything
