Hi everyone, I thought that you may find this message from David Needleman useful. Grace.

Hi all

So far I have dealt with about 200 cases over the last few weeks on the helpline, the most often prescribed remedy (remedius epidemicus) is phosphorus 30C, but remember that after a dose of phosphorus it is likely that the person will have another vomit. Other remedies that have proved useful are:
Ipecac
China
Arsenicum and lots of others but these are the main ones.

And I had this from Francis Treuherz - the other one on the Helpline. I was referring to the fact that the Hepar prescribed for my friend with Flu - not the vomiting kind but cough, sore throat, loads of mucus, runny nose, intermittent temperature, lethargy.
