Or in my present experience: even a good deal more than a week's wait in
chronic cases. I am still going along nicely on a single (dry!) dose of LM1
that my (wonderful) Pakistani-born homeopath prescribed months ago. Still
having returns of old symptoms, very mild ones, probably not even noticeable
to the uninitiated. And NO returns of the horrid bipolar II that I have
suffered with for years. The results did not kick in for quite a while but
have been most remarkable.

In another case, I suggested that a friend (who was unwilling to see a
practitioner) buy a bottle of Nat mur 30c and take a few dry doses. He saw
no results and gave me the bottle with a shrug. Has not used H before or
since, but now, a year down the road, he is MUCH healthier than he has been
in the time I have known him. Was it the Nat mur--I kinda think so, since he
is the picture of Nat mur!

If I were a practitioner, I would do much better than that, of course, but
this even a lay person like me can do safely. If it doesn't work out (if the
remedy chosen is too far off the mark) at least a few dry doses/one dry dose
of a 30c isn't going to hurt. Teresa (Northern VA, USA)

PS yes, watery doses are probably better but it looks like dry doses work
well too, if you go low and wait (obviously we are not talking about
acutes!)
