Plant/mineral relationships?

Is there any book or etc. that lists which minerals might be associated
with which plants? (At the moment I'm particularly looking re phos.)

Dear Shannon,
Look on Scholten's website www.janscholten.com as I think he has a book on
this or one appearing soon. Now I remember years ago going to a lecture by
Chaim Rosenthall of Israel and he was really deep into this and it was
fascinating but I haven't heard anything about him on the circuit for years.
