Balanced diet for sure, and cut the sugar right out as well as the other
fermented substances you have mentioned. Plenty of vitamin C to help the
skin to recover and consider acidophilus and capryllic acid ....you may
indeed need to do a candida diet as the fermented/yeasty and sugary
foodstuffs are feeding the candida ...Fiona x
