Having checked with Mani Norland about obtaining this book for US
readers, he says:

"Post to the US for one book is £2.50. Post for 5 books 1 free is
probably around £10-15. They can order online and it will tell them
what the postage will be."

Maybe some of you US homeopaths could do a group order, sent to one
address which would cut down on the costs.
