We in Kenya have been dealing with lots of side-effect of ARTs.

We found it effective to start treatment with a tautopathic (isopathic) "detox" by taking the pt's own meds, potentising them yourself to a 12c and giving that to the patient.

usually 5 doses (1 x 1 a day) is good. then review the sx and treat symptomatically/constitutionally as per usual.

When the person is continually on ARTs, best to continue dosing with the isopathic rx, perhaps once a week (call it an "intercurrent" if your fussed about more-than-one-rx kind of stuff)
