No confusion - EOs are NOT to be used near cats or birds. There are very few exceptions and a well trained aromatherapist can provide specifics. Plenty of data about this on the web. PLEASE do not trust well meaning health food store employees - or untrained 'aroma' gurus - or pyramid sales EO information.

I too was taught the same thing to keep EO away from cats and birds. I don’t use them on any animals or in diffusers because we have parrots. Kathy
