Cutting and pasting messages

Hi Everyone,
It took me awhile to get the hang of brief and cogent replies when I first
joined minutus. In order to have clarity in replying to messages, yet
eliminate unnecessary verbiage that makes the list unmanageable, I recommend
copying the whole message you want to reply to, pasting it into a new
message, leave the main points you are addressing and delete the rest.
