Using the microwave does change the molecular structure of food, and blood used in the hospital. There are many articles on this subject I do not use a microwave or own one. I will not use this tool, you cannot prove it one way or another it has to do with choice, and I choose not to use it.

This old wives tale comes from the fact that people with no common sense
overheated blood (in a microwave) - basically cooking it - and then
wondered why it was not useful when transfused
