Dr. J, as Ellen already offered from Dewey, sick headache refers medically to headaches with anorexia, nausea and/or vomiting, Migraine – according to Gould’s medical dictionary 1900 ed.

Lilienthal, accordingly lists under Migraine, Hemicrania, Sick-headache (and Gouty hemicrania).
So, that is the meaning for the reps/materia medica, now all you have to do is work out what the patient means by it J
