Yes, isn't that interesting!!
As you know, many people have many theories...
Depletion of the immune system, by various sources of toxic assault,
including vaccination, is no doubt one part. Another likely part of
the picture is depletion of our immune systems thru depletion (at least
here in the US) of the food supply (combination of processed foods
and/or chemical-intensive, incomplete and imbalanced farming methods).
A third apparent factor is that hybridization--and now "genetic
engineering" too--is bringing us foods that, tho going by the same name
as the "traditional" ones, e.g. wheat and corn, are nutritionally *not*
the same. E.g., some people who cannot tolerate the commercially
available hybridized versions of wheat and corn, *can* tolerate
"older", non-hybridized varieties. One example is the "ancient wheat"
kamut, which some wheat-sensitive people can tolerate; another is that
some corn-sensitive people will not react to blue corn and popcorn.
I recall someone on I think this list, some time back, saying that she
had wondered why so many Americans are wheat-sensitive. Then when she
(European, I think?) lived in the US for some time she found she had
become wheat-intolerant--but only until moving back home, after which
she was fine with wheat again. Is the person who wrote that here? I
found it extremely thought-provoking!
