Once I arranged to have gunpowder in potency sprinkled on an agar plate growing gram positive bacteria. Not surprisingly if a life force is needed there was no decrease in growth of bacteria, Jean

Interesting Jean, thank you!
Well there was a life force present (the bacteria's), but that life
force was not "attacked", and the agar had no life force to be
supported!

Sorry, I guess I was stuck elsewhere in the thread, and misunderstood
your point.
Okay, I think I'm with you.

Hi Luise

Whilst agreeing in practice with what Shannon has said, and what you wrote as below, I had not thought that this ‘constitutional’ supportive model was actually in the Organon – can you let me have the aphorism numbers for my notes?

As for direct action on bugs, I hesitate to mention the termites. In fact I did not mention termites. (Long term members of the group breathe a sigh of relief..)

One concept is that the remedy somehow makes the life force more
competent to fight the disease.

The other is that the remedy sets up a similar "remedy-disease" and
thereby overcomes the original disease. The life force plays no role,
the remedy does it.
