They are available in Homeopathic Stores in form of Homeopathic remedies, and can also be found in Mother Tinctures in most of the stores.

But apparently officialdom can't count:-) Certainly not well enough to
comprehend the dilution factors used in homeopathy!
But for drinking water they talk about serious contaminant levels being
okay at 1 or more parts per million - or at best 1 part per billion.
One part per million is only 3C.
One part per billion is about 4.5C
We have more than that amount of arsenic in the water here and goodness
knows how much cannabis is in the atmosphere in some parts of the city:-)
So they should be worrying about the air or the drinking water - not the
homeopathic remedies.

Also common sense must prevail. I prescribed Opium 1 M to a High School Student. Some horror was produced at her school. I now call it Remedy 131 with explanation of reason. Not every one is educated about our potencies.. FWIW, Jean

Because according to the FDA, they are still "controlled substances",
even tho there is chemically "nothing there". Ridiculous, but true.
It's my understanding that selling them within the US is *not* legal,
and even if the area is merely a "grey" one, it seems to me silly to be
indiscreet about such a potentially important matter, when it would be
so very easy to be just a bit more circumspect! The last time I bought
any of these, I had to jump thru a certain number of "hoops" to get
them, and I can't believe that the situation is any better now than
then. I hate the thought of putting any of our local pharmacies--and
their willingness and ability to supply remedies etc.--at risk!

Thank you for the information I will look at Hahnemann Labs in California. I know my question may have been difficult but when you have multiple sclerosis you look at anything that may help the symptom.
