According to what he taught at NCH summer school in 2004 (I think it was)
when I audited his lectures, Dr. Saine indeed uses remedies in water. He
talked about multiple dilution glasses and stirring 30x in between dilutions
to raise the potency a bit--or at least that is what I understood. Teresa
