I am looking for......

...... a selection of remedies to study for a 49 yr old woman who has been bleeding for 3 weeks (menses). I take it this is menopausal as she had no period for 3 months, then a normal one and now this. The issues she originally came to me about have nearly all gone. They were breathlessness, tiredness and weight gain. We are also left with a peculiar itchy dry blistering on her fingers with desquamation and hard clinkers up her nose. She also has an Achilles tendon problem. She has done really well with Carc. and Ruta (low) and I gave her Sepia 30 - this week but am not convinced.
Any suggestions much appreciated.
