vaccines vs homeopathy
Re: vaccines vs homeopathy
Hello all,
I quoted a segment from Miranda Castro's book "The Complete Homeopathy
Handbook" to my local moms group and am now being criticized for
sending misinformation. Could someone enlighten me please?
The part of the book in question is " Homeopathic remedies are
administered orally in a diluted and safe dose as opposed to being
introduced directly into the bloodstream, as is the case with
vaccination, thereby bypassing the body's natural defense system..."
I am being told that vaccines are in fact NOT introduced direcly into
the blood stream. I understand that they are entering the bloodstream
via muscular tissue in most cases, but what do I say this criticism?
It annoys me when people assume that homeopathy and vacines are
similar; when that could not be further from the truth.
Help!
Connie

Hi, Connie.
Yes, for what it's worth, immunizations are sub-cutaneous rather than
intravenous. So I don't think how they're introduced are necessarily the
issue with vaccinations....

Dear Connie
The word directly should have been edited out.
However, although vaccines are not injected directly in to the blood stream,
but into a muscle, they do get to the blood stream - how else would the
contents get around the body? The problems is that the body is not made to
defend itself easily when micro-organisms or their products get deep into
tissue.
If you look, near every orifice and near areas where germs can enter (soles
of feet; shins, knees, groin, hands, elbows etc) we have masses of lymph
nodes which are stations for white blood cells or in human terms police
stations or army barracks waiting to defend against intruders.
When vaccines are used, the absorption in to the blood stream is fast and
they by pass the lymph system.
The evidence for the harm vaccines do is plenty.

They immediately go to the blood stream from muscle or tissue where injected.
And yes, people are fools.

Re: vaccines vs homeopathy
while others may explain in a more technical fashion,
the issue concerns how the immune system works. it
actually begins in the mouth/nasal passages. so a vaccine
given orally would be subject to being treated as a foreign
substance and subject to the immune systems blocking of it.
by injecting vaccines into the body in a way that designed
to avoid several stages of the immune system, the body becomes
subject to the invasion of foreign products that could be
harmful.
of course there are other phases of the immune system that
can attack these foreign matter. i would venture that this
is why there is a significant number of vaccinated individuals
who show no immunity to various illnesses.

Re: vaccines vs homeopathy
I forgot one thing.
You will not find ANY medic who proposes children to be immunised who will
volunteer to take a similar dose equivalent* for his body weight and in
quick succession as they give to the children. If you find such a person,
please do let me know.
(* That is to say, if a 5 kg baby is given 0.5 ml, then an 80 kg man is
given 8 mls)

Re: vaccines vs homeopathy
There is a very interesting article on a homoeoparophylaxis programme for Japanese Encephalitis, cited below, published by Thieme.
There is no specific allopathic treatment for Japanese Encephalitis. Due to the high mortality despite vaccination, the Indian Government began a project in 1999 using homeopathic remedies. From over 1000 reported cases a year in 1999 with over 300 children dying, the numbers fell steadily until 2002 where only 18 cases were reported but no deaths, and no reported cases in 2003 or 2004.
The prophylactic programme for all children aged 0 to 15 years consisted of: Days 1 ,2, 3 - one dose of Belladonna 200C; Day 10 - one dose of Calc carb 200C, and on day 25 - Tuberculinum 10M. This was repeated annually for a total of 3 years.
Dr. Gadugu Srinivasulu, (2005). "Bekämpfung von Seuchen durch miasmatische Verordnung (Japanische Enzephalitis)"
(Combating epidemics through miasmatic prescription (Japanese Encephalitis)), Allgemeine Homöopathische Zeitung, 250 DOI: 10.1055/s-2005-868696 http://www.thieme-connect.com/ejournals ... 005-868696
Best wishes, Elizabeth

vaccines vs homeopathy
Interesting, Elizabeth!!
Do you know how Japanese Encephalitis is different from the viral
encephalitis that has become a concern on college campuses?

Re: vaccines vs homeopathy
Hi Shannon,
(sorry for delay in answering) . Japanese Encephalitis is borne by mosquitoes that breed in rice fields, transmitting it from domestic pigs and wild birds to humans. The incubation period is usually 5 to 15 days, and symptoms include mild infections which occur without apparent symptoms other than fever with headache. More severe infection is marked by quick onset, headache, high fever, neck stiffness, stupor, disorientation, coma, tremors, occasional convulsions (especially in infants) and spastic (but rarely flaccid) paralysis.
I'm not familiar with what is happening in US colleges, does it sound anything like it? Any useful remedies standing out yet?
Cheers, Elizabeth

Re: vaccines vs homeopathy
Oops, I goofed--I was thinking of bacterial meningitis. The symptoms
I'm aware of sound similar, tho--very sudden onset; very bad headache,
neck stiffness, and temps can go very high, very fast, and can quickly
(within hours) lead to coma and sometimes death. The associated remedy
is Belladonna also.
Sorry for my mix-up! And *very* interesting article, thanks again!!
