Mullein - was Waterfall noises in the ear

I have been looking for a source of Mullein Oil - and can only find
it as a herbal liquid extract. Do you add the extract to an carrier
oil or is it available as an oil?
Would be grateful if anyone can tell me where I can get the oil from.
