There is a list for "broader perspective" and that is the Homeopathy Open list to which some of us belong. The disadvantage of that you are not allowed to suggest Rx for anything specific or ask for help with a specific case as the list owner was complained about because prescribing over the web without seeing the patient is taboo in many countries.

An easier solution might be Homeolist, which originally was classically
oriented but permissive as to specific topic. It's an unmoderated
list, with very similar membership to this one, and in the past, the
same group of people used the same tactics on the same issues on both
lists. Could we make an agreement that one list be more strictly
Hahnemannian and the other more inclusive? I think it too has the
stated focus of "classical". The problem in the past has not been with
the owners' objections, but with certain members' unwillingness to
permit non-Organon-bounded discussion, on either list.
