dear rosemary,here are a few more notes: for regular use what i do is tell
person to put one teaspoon from the solution bottle, after they have
succussed it proper number of times, anywhere from 4-8 times(depending on
sensitivity of patient, remedy, where we are in case, etc.)into 4 ounces of
distilled water. always in paper or plastic cups with plastic spoon and use
only for same remedy, then throw cup and spoon away after done with that
remedy. stir briskly and usually take one teaspoon, then throw away rest of
cup or water your plants with it. also, can take 1/2 teaspoon or 1/4
teaspoon. if patient sensitive, can put teaspoon or 1/2 or 1/4 into four
ounces of distilled water, as above, stir briskly and then take a teaspoon
or 1/2 or 1/4 teaspoon from first cup and put into a second cup of four
ounces of distilled water, stir briskly and then take from that second cup a
teaspoon or 1/2 or 1/4 teaspoon of remedy and swallow. again, throw rest of
cup away or water plants. can go to a third cup, if need be. i hope this
