for chronic conditions..............blanks would be filled in according to
the person's sensitivity - dilution bottle would be made up of 4 oz for
less sensitive or 8 oz for more sensitive
If you are using for acutes it would be similar, though you probably will
just take from the bottle you have mixed and NOT put in a cup and not take
1 tsp from that cup as below.
Instructions for Taking Your Homeopathic Remedy: _________________ Date
__________
1. Succuss the bottle each time before taking a dose: that is, hit the
bottle against the palm of your hand or a leather-bound book _____ times.
Give it a good hard whack from a distance of about 2 feet.
2. 2. Take _________ from the bottle and put it in a cup with 4 oz. of
water (Dosage Cup). (Ideally the water should be distilled or filtered or
bottled pure spring water but tap water is acceptable if that is all you
have). Stir vigorously with a spoon. Use a plastic cup and spoon which
you will only use for this remedy, not for food or for other remedies.
Label the cup.
3. 3. Take ______ from the Dosage Cup/Bottle every
__________hours/days/weeks.
4. 4. Discard the rest of the water in the cup. NEVER DRINK THE WHOLE
CUP. Do not save it overnight. You need to make a new cup the next time
you are instructed to take a dose, after succussing the remedy bottle
again. Otherwise you will not be following the methodical and systematic
progression of potencies which are part of this healing system, and you may
interfere with the progress of your cure.
5. 5. If this is a first time dose, call Sheri in 2 days, to let her know
how you reacted to the remedy. She will call you back with instructions for
further dosing.
Special Precautions:
· Try to keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat (eg. NOT in the
glove compartment of your car on a hot day). Avoid having it x-rayed when
traveling.
· Do not eat or drink anything for 20 minutes before or after taking your
remedy. Also avoid taking around the time you brush your teeth
· Coffee may alter the effects of the remedy. Drinking coffee may antidote
the remedy. Tea is acceptable as are other caffeine-containing foods like
cola and chocolate.
· If you have symptoms related to your menstrual cycle, don't start a new
remedy while having PMS or during your menstrual cycle, as your symptoms
may aggravate
After taking your first dose: (THESE VARY DEPENDING ON THE PERSON)
1. DON'T REPEAT THE REMEDY. Wait and observe changes-mentally,
emotionally, and physically.
2. Call me at 530-740-0561 / 01874 624 936 or email me at
homeopathycures@tesco.net
a. If you notice significant improvement (50% or more) at any time, STOP
taking the remedy, and call me
b. If you notice an aggravation at any time, stop taking the remedy, and
call me.
c. If you notice the return of an old symptom, stop taking the remedy and
call me.
d. If you develop a symptom you've NEVER had before, stop taking the remedy
and call me
e. If there is no change, you may continue to take one dose of the remedy
every other day in the same way
f. If I am not available and you don't know what to do, STOP taking the
remedy.
3. If you experience no change in 3 weeks, call me
Call me once a week with an update. I will continually evaluate your
response to the remedy

Hi Sheri and Robin
thank you for sharing your LM experience.
I have 2 questions for you I would be grateful if you could answer them
1. I am unable to find glass bottles of 4 and 8 oz, I am not happy to use plastic bottles, any idea where such bottles can be purchased?
2. LM patients need a lot more time, how do you charge them?
Thank you
Kind regards
Lucy

Re: Instructions I give patients using water potencies
Hello, Lucy
I get my amber bottles from Specialty Bottle out of Seattle, WA. Order
online at http://specialtybottle.com - They ship to all locations in
the US and Canada. Call or email for a quote if the online shipping
calculator does not work for you. Hey, thanks for reminding me ! I
need to complete an order soon.
HTH, Judith Mateo - Portland OR
(P.S. As to LM's taking *more* time, I really have not seen that in my
own experience to any appreciable extent. Others may weigh in on this
otherwise. I DO pretty much have a *captive audience* (lol) as I work
almost exclusively in animal rescue (with various mentors) and am not
charging anybody PERIOD...)

Re: Instructions I give patients using water potencies
Hello Lucy,
As to your observations as to LM's taking longer I
think that in general it is because those patients
given LM's are already on the sensitive side and so
the they can antidote it easier and faster. Also LM's
in my experience are used by the VF faster and so the
education of the patient is tantamount with regards to
dosing. LM's require more work up front but pay big
dividends later in that these "more" sensitive clients
can be cured w/o uneccesary aggravations.
Concerning billing I charge them the same as any
one else and for right now they do not constitute more
than about 15% of my case load at any time.
Good luck, Rik
