Causticum and Staph come to mind in my practice but there will be many others - the simillimum can work very quickly, even in chronic cases. Joy

Frozen shoulder?

Re: Frozen shoulder?
Shannon and all, I had what would have been ‘frozen shoulder’ (if I had not just kept moving in spite of the pain) for years. Bursitis/tendonitis in L shoulder. Mine was palliated very successfully for a long time with a monthly B12 shot (I learned to give them to myself). Then when I lived in Russia, 10 massages in a row (very FIRM) plus weekly thereafter banished the problem completely—but, as it turned out, only as long as they continued. But I did regain full mobility for that period.
When we left Moscow and I had no more massages, it returned. Then I began treatment with a well-known H here in our area and her first prescription, Carc. 200c, allowed my body to heal the shoulder (and other things) almost completely. Had twinges in yoga stretches only, but nothing otherwise (am taking the sublingual B12 of course now so that may play a role) and since I began yoga daily even the twinges have left. For what it’s worth…Teresa (Northern VA, USA)
PS the B12 shot idea was a suggestion from ND—forget his name but he is the one who was infamously raided by FDA--in Washington State, in a book he wrote in the early 80s. He gave a protocol for the shots. They worked wonders for my horribly painful shoulder. Of course, I had to persuade conv. med. folks at various embassies to prescribe the B12 and syringes. Not always easy. I had to have the monthly shots to keep the shoulder free of pain for about 14 years.
Has anyone here had experience treating "frozen shoulder"--

Re: Frozen shoulder?
In my case, just posted but without ‘how long’, after the single dose of Carc. 200c, my shoulder appeared to mend itself within about 6 week, I think it was. I could tell clearly because it had been quite painful. At the point I went to H, I could not raise my arm above breast level. Some sort of acute exacerbation of old problem, I believe; I was no longer able to get B12 injections and had not discovered the sublingual tabs.
Over about a month to six weeks, the pain went completely away (I think the worst of it went away very quickly, actually) and I was able to lie on the shoulder comfortably at night—something that had not been possible. As I said, it has not come back. I got the Carc. 200c in Nov. 2001. t
How fast can it resolve with remedies?
