Re: A weird symptom

Dr Joe, I had an idea :-)

Although this weird sx of "I need at all times to have the sole of my feet in contact with something, the
floor, the bed, anything or to have strong pressure put on them. I cannot have any empty space under my feet" may not be alluded to as a sense of levitation specifically, the fact that they cannot tolerate any space between their feet and some other substance is still curious enough to want to explore those rx that have levitation within their sx picture.

I have started thinking about one of the magnets - Mag polus aust. Quite an unstable rx, not only is there a need to put pressure on the feet, they cannot let the limbs hang down but there is also levitation, the whole body feels light and so pressure is required to stabilise it, i.e. the pull of the magnet, and there is never any space between a magnet and its agreeable surface.

There is also a strange mixture of exhilaration and disgust within the rx - part of its instability - and I thought maybe that would link in with the fascination to stabbing, cutting, blood, i.e. exhilaration = fascination on seeing or being cut/stabbed. Again, this is not specific but so often our clients do not talk to us in 'rep speak'.

As I said, just an idea. Joy

FWIW on that note I remember that when we ( group of homeopaths) did an inpromptu bone marrow proving one Sx we definitely all had in common was a feeling of floating up or needing to be tied ( in some ways ) to the ground/earth

Simon, what an interesting thing to prove! Can you share any more
about what came out?

not a lot to tell really -as I said it was impromptu - a bunch of us that were cool and groovy ( i.e. we meditated regularily;-)) were at another homeopaths hgouse when he asked us whether we'd like to take or hold a 30c of something and relate any experiences - he was interested to know what the remedy would produce..

Seemed like a good idea at the time... so ... we took it,, closed our eyes: I had a feeling of deep red warmth first and then kept visualising tying myself to something called an auger, which is something used in rock climbing or absailing, where you screw this huge steel screw into the ground (called an auger) to latch you firmly to terra firma. I was above the auger so it wass to keep me down. I didn't analyse or criticise the experience just recorded it.

Others had visualiseations personalised to their reference points so although they didn't get 'augers' it was in some way or another about being tied to the ground of floating off. That's all I can remember - it was over 10 yrs ago
